SHIPPING POLICY

  

  We use the Royal Mail standard, tracked, parcel service to ship goods to our customers.  

  We sell within the UK, where postage is free,  and to a number of other countries at a discounted rate. Shipping cost  are added to the purchase price at the checkout.

France - £10

Netherlands - £10

If your country of residence does not appear on the list we you may still be able to purchase a novabow by contacting;  support@jomarginnovation.com

Returns policy ​

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

We offer a refund to customers if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your  goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us by contacting support@jomarginnovation.com  

You will receive your full refund, including postage costs,  within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. You do not need to provide a reason for the return .

Goods returned in this way must be in the same condition as when you first received them.

Faulty goods can be returned up to 6 months from the date of receipt of the goods for a full refund.
