Our return policy

If you've changed your mind and want to return your Novabow System you can do so up to 45 days from the date your Novabow was delivered and receive a refund. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

The Novabow must be

1 Unused and complete

2 Accompanied by proof of purchase

3 In its original packaging

 

If your Novabow is damaged or defective you may return it for a refund or replacement up to 6 months from the date of delivery.

The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs.
